Cuc Phuong > Bar-bellied Pitta, Blue-rumped pitta, Ratchet-tailed Treepie,  White-winged Magpie, Pied Falconet, Red-Collared Woodpecker, White-tailed Flycatcher, Limestone Wren Babbler, Silver-breasted Broadbill, Red-vented Barbet, Rufous-throated Fulvetta, Black-browed Fulvetta, Eared Pitta, Fork-tailed Sunbird and Thrushes as winter visitors.

Van Long >  Delacour Langur, Pheasant-tailed Jacana, White-browed Crake, Asian Openbill, Yellow Bittern, Cinnamon Bittern, White-throated Kingfisher,

Itinerary:

Day 1 (Saturday): Hanoi > Cuc Phuong

Leave Hanoi  at 6.00am  for Cuc Phuong national park (2,5 hours), birding whole day inside the park for Bar-bellied and Blue-rumped Pitta, Ratchet-tailed Treepie, Limestone Wren Babbler, Fork-tailed and Crimson Sunbird, Rufous-throated and Black-browed Fulvetta.

Meals: B/L/D.          Accommodation: Guesthouse of the park (Air-condition, hot shower and free WIFI)  

Day 2 (Sunday): Cuc Phuong > Van Long > Hanoi

An morning birding at Cuc Phuong then visit Edangered Primate Rescue Center, Turtle Conservation Center before leaving for Van Long in the afternoon. Take a boat trip for Delacour langur and some waterbirds at Van Long wetland nature reserved. Going back to Hanoi on late afternoon.
